Spider Lily

de l’espèce

A flower as elegant as it is unique
The spider lily develops long, bright green, ribbon-like leaves that emerge directly from its bulb. Above the foliage, flower stalks appear, bearing several particularly exquisite white flowers.
Each flower has long, narrow segments connected to a delicate central crown, giving it its characteristic spider-like appearance. Often fragrant, they attract various pollinating insects and add a bright touch to flowerbeds.
Thanks to its good adaptation to hot and humid climates, the spider lily is widely cultivated in tropical gardens. Like amaryllis (Hippeastrum spp.) or certain agapanthus, it is valued for the elegance of its blooms and the beauty of its foliage throughout the year.
