2. Purpose
These general terms and conditions of sale govern the online sale of admission tickets, annual subscriptions, combined packages, and gift cards offered by Jardin de Balata on its website.
3. Products Offered
Admission tickets: valid for 3 months from the date of purchase, without prior reservation of a specific day or time.
Annual subscriptions: valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, for unlimited park entry according to opening conditions.
Nature Package: combined ticket including admission to Jardin de Balata and admission to Zoo de Guadeloupe (valid for 3 months).
Gift cards: redeemable for the purchase of admission tickets to Jardin de Balata, valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
The applicable prices are those displayed on the website at the time of order.
4. Ordering and Confirmation
Orders are placed exclusively online via the official Jardin de Balata website.
The order is confirmed upon receipt of payment and the sending of a confirmation email with the tickets in electronic format.
This email serves as proof of purchase and must be presented at the park entrance (printed or on a smartphone).
5. Prices and Payment Terms
Prices are indicated in euros and include all taxes.
Accepted payment methods: credit card (Visa, Mastercard), Connect holiday vouchers.
Payment is due immediately upon ordering.
6. Ticket Delivery
Tickets, subscriptions, packages, and gift cards are sent by email as downloadable e-tickets.
No postal delivery is provided.
7. No Right of Withdrawal – Cancellation / Refund
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, leisure activity services provided on a specific date or at a determined frequency are not subject to the right of withdrawal.
Therefore, tickets, subscriptions, packages, and gift cards cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded, even in case of loss or theft.
In the event of exceptional park closure due to force majeure (major bad weather, cyclone, etc.), Le Jardin de Balata may offer a postponement solution or a credit note, at its sole discretion.
8. Terms of Use
Each ticket is personal and valid for one person only.
Any reproduction, modification, or fraudulent use of a ticket is prohibited.
Le Jardin de Balata reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone presenting a forged or non-compliant ticket.
9. Liability
Le Jardin de Balata cannot be held responsible for any loss, theft, damage, or incidents occurring outside its scope of responsibility.

11. Personal Data Protection

12. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable agreement, jurisdiction shall be granted to the courts of Basse-Terre.
The customer has the option to use a consumer mediator free of charge, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code.
