Regulation Interior
Any individual entering the site acknowledges and agrees to abide by the internal regulations. The site reserves the right to expel any person who violates these regulations or who is on the premises without a valid admission ticket. The site disclaims all responsibility for individuals who do not comply with these basic safety rules, as any failure to do so can lead to extremely serious consequences.

Article 1: Visitors may only enter the site if they are in possession of valid admission tickets and only by using the designated entrances. Admission tickets must be retained throughout your visit and presented upon request. Individuals under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs may be refused entry to the park or expelled from the premises if necessary. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult to access the site. In particular, chaperones of children's groups are responsible for them. Any minor child, disabled person, or sick individual must be accompanied by an adult and remain under their supervision and responsibility.
Article 2: The site is equipped with a video surveillance system. We ask that you behave responsibly and cautiously at all times.
Article 3: The site is located in a humid tropical zone. As a result, you may be exposed to high temperatures. We recommend that you stay well-hydrated and bring water to keep cool along the route.
Article 4: Visitors are required to wear walking shoes (closed-toe, flat, and non-slip) and it is mandatory to wear clothing (out of respect for modesty and to protect against sunburn, rain, insect bites, etc.).
Article 5 : The park declines all responsibility for the loss, theft, or damage of your personal belongings.
Article 6 : It is strictly forbidden to:
- Leaving the marked trail and crossing railings or barriers to ensure your safety
- Walking barefoot on the site
- Running: ambient humidity can sometimes make the trail slippery. Please be vigilant.
- Possessing or using weapons, dangerous products or objects (toxic products, slingshots, knives, noise-making devices, etc.).
- Smoking or vaping throughout the site
- Bringing animals (except assistance dogs with proof)
- Entering staff premises or construction areas
- Sitting on railings and barriers
- Picnicking throughout the site
- Using any means of transport (bicycle, scooter, rollerblades, skateboard, etc.) other than a wheelchair
Article 7 : The site offers you the opportunity to take a walk among the treetops. This route is optional, and your visit can continue on the marked trail. If you do not wish to take the elevated route, you can continue your visit and rejoin your companions at the exit of the route, as indicated on the visitor map. The approximate duration of the route is 20 to 25 minutes. Once you are on the walkway, it is not possible to turn back. Access to the route is prohibited for children under 8 years old, children measuring less than 1.20m, individuals weighing over 110kg, pregnant women, and individuals suffering from heart conditions, epilepsy, asthma, severe allergies, or any other illness that could be affected by the route. It is therefore also strictly forbidden to do it with babies or young children in arms or in a baby carrier, with a stroller, or any other means of transport (bicycle, scooter, etc.). Every child aged 8 and over, and measuring 1.20m and over, must be accompanied by an adult. The walkways and platforms can accommodate a maximum of 2 people per section. Access to the elevated walk is not recommended for individuals prone to vertigo. It is forbidden to jump, run, turn back on the walkways and platforms, or lean over the nets. Closed, non-slip hiking shoes are mandatory. Due to the duration of the route, access may be prohibited after a certain time or due to weather conditions (storms, winds, rain, etc.). If this is the case, the site team will inform you.
Article 8 : It is forbidden to touch, pull up, or cut plants, flowers, or trees on the site.
Article 9 : The site features protected wild flora. It is legally prohibited to pick, collect, or possess any part of a plant, flower, or tree.
Article 10 : Access to the play area is prohibited for any unaccompanied child. Children may play there under the supervision and responsibility of their parents or the adults who accompanied them to the site. Each play area is marked with a specific sign indicating the minimum and maximum age and the maximum number of participants; please respect all instructions.
Article 11 : Any commercial photography or videography requires prior request to management and must be covered by a signed filming agreement. Drone use is strictly prohibited, except with written authorization from Management.
Article 12 : The site may host filmings during opening hours; you will be informed of the affected areas and may request not to appear on camera.
